Merryman Performing Center Website
The Robert M. Merryman Performing Arts Center is an 800 seat community arts center located in an active elementary school. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Our mission is to be the finest performing arts center in western Nebraska! Our purpose is to offer quality dance, music and theatre performances, educational events and workshops that will culturally reward and entertain audiences and participants. Our goal is to become an “engine of creativity” for area youth and a place of enjoyment and “affirmation” for the community.

Constructed in 1891, this historical tribute to area arts and culture was completely renovated in 1999-2000 to serve as an attractive community center for theatrical productions, conferences, weddings, and much more. The beautifully restored Gallery is the host for local, regional and national artists. Every month or so, a selected artist exhibits their unique works of art.
